... A decisive meeting took place in the middle of the 19th century French literature, that of A uguste aquet M and A Lexandre D umas.
Dumas The other is interested in how a "What if .. " and if A uguste M aquet stifled by D umas, in a period of intense work (drafting Musketeers & transposition of Count Monte Cristo theater), was forced to impersonate the famous writer.
We know that evoke A Lexandre D umas is inevitably summon his "niggers" whose most famous precisely none other than M aquet (as recalled C laude S chopp the microphone P atrice élinet G) .
However the film S AFY N Ebbou has the right idea to the relationship of the two men, certainly the backdrop of history (and somehow the engine) but giving it momentum.
Dumas The other is of vaudeville, misunderstandings and barbouzeries wonderfully interpreted, all mixed with romantic situations reminiscent of the duo's own novels. Excellent!
If the last word (this is the case to say it) is left to A uguste M aquet, the fact remains that this film gives me the collaboration the two men rather elegant structure, and also non-Aristotelian.
1 + 1 = 3 This collaboration appears to be a mathematical sum non-additive. W illiam urroughs B and B Marion G ysin have called this phenomenon the "Third Mind" (The Third Mind ): Gysin: ... When you combine two minds .. Burroughs ... There is always a third mind .. Gysin: .. One-third higher mind .... Burroughs: .. Invisible as a collaborator. Works cross |
At least I understood from this excellent film. Bravo!
