Effects Of Methamphetamine On The Inside Body

DEATH PROOF (TARANTINO)

In English: Death Proof !
first film Tarantino reviewed here, and God knows that exercise is not easy: first because the film is inextricably linked to the saga Kill Bill (not least by the now famous pre-screen credits), a film designed to form a diptych with Planet Terror (Cons filmed by Robert Rodriguez ), and at the same time an Opus to the exact opposite of Kill Bill, because instead of having this one story into two films, one has the opposite symmetrical two stories in the same film:

Like all films bipartisan (I think particularly Full Metal Jacket), the first vision is still quite confusing. And yet ... as well as in Kill Bill , pitch it reveals very simple (four chicks harassed and murdered by a madman's wheel, which eventually became the victim in turn of four other furies ... difficult to get any easier!):

So it's not there to look for the originality of the film, but rather in the warm tribute delivered at the same both Grindhouse films 70s (two films in one evening, interspersed with trailers), the legendary road movies such as those chronicled in the following pages ( Easy Rider & Vanishing Point ), and of course the movies "gore" (which will certainly annoy some in which there will be an avatar over the saga "Tarantino remakes us once again of Tarantino," unpacking culture film anything goes!). The crucial choice of lead actor - finally nay, almost the only actor! - Nor is certainly not innocent, because even if he never really stopped running, Kurt Russell ("Stuntman Mike", aka ICY HOT, "cold-warm", almost abstract abysmal film whole!) is still emblematic of the 80s, including New York 1997 and The Thing John Carpenter, another director of the cult series B:

initially presented as the perfect loser, nerdy, clumsy, old, delicate little in the way eating (say!), but all in all relatively harmless and even rather helpful priori, our stunt ("stuntman") to drift into reality soon proved a dangerous psychopath, driving his mythical Muscle Car 1970 Chevrolet SS :

And this is not just a car stunt, just reinforced and designed to flirt with death

Except that, as stated - a bit late - Kurt Russel his beautiful passenger (the first clone Uma Thurman , which of course will find its counterpart in the second part), this statement applies only to the pilot's seat (and here we go for the sequence of all the most gory movie, hang on!), especially unexpected that the species of duck that sits on the grille looks pretty nice:

'll And, "By car Simone!" for the cartoon of the century (NB: Never drive with your feet in the air at the window, it can be very very bad!):

Race Results: Four victims, and Kurt Russell to the hospital for several months, so much so that nothing will allow justice to charge him, not even the suspicion of the Sheriff Earl McGraw ( Michael Parks) and his "No. 1 son" - but yes, the same as in Kill Bill ! :

This is also where one of the many winks of the film (see below), among others with the appearance of Tarantino makes thinking than Reservoir Dogs :

Film which one of the other features - and more shuffling the genre - is to blur the time references in a rather surprising since the first part, though artificially "scratched" and marked by swings of sound and film, the way of what could be seen in the 70, nevertheless has the technological gadgets Latest, in contrast to the second part, her impeccably polished (I remember feeling a little like a presentation to the vision of Seven D. Fincher, where it was very difficult to locate the time actual film):

Four new players, so when this second part almost symmetrical but not quite the same caliber as the first four, since among them are two waterfalls, including Zoe Bell , which is more the real job (she doubled Uma Thurman for the action scenes of Kill Bill ), and here is his first steps as an actress, very convincing indeed:

With, again, a reference to the famous Vanishing Point (because somewhere, the film appears more modern in its texture and its realization, the more takes a perverse pleasure to cite or film history or film history of Tarantino short):

This is also the wheel of the famous Dodge Challenger white Vanishing Point both lit decide to do what they call "the boom"

Just before getting up for the large patient in question, but this time it will badly regret having come:

In what appears almost a medieval joust, a tournament in such way:

As stated in an interview one of the actresses ( Mary Elizabeth Winstead): "The protagonists are likeable and the dialogue (...) ring true. Tarantino did not attempt to write dialogue" girls. "That's girls express themselves in life. They are also coarser than the guys. I think he really grasped this dimension, which is great "(And so, for I found myself at least once in my life at the restaurant behind a table of five or six chicks, hidden by a hedge plant and is therefore only believer in the world, I can assure you that it ' True true home, lol!):

And here is the quarry, as they say hunters (or, the kill, lol!)

Citation obvious Kill Bill 2 , of course:

In what appears to be probably one of the most violent bastons "girls" ever seen on screen:

The End? Hmmm ... No. Not quite, finally! Still lacked the last little plan that kills the part of this great fetish what Tarantino (arghh, the Cowboy Classics ... finally!):

good. This guy is barge ( Tarantino, I mean), but in the end, that's all of the same damn good film, joussif, recreational, always surprising (it is also noteworthy that no digital effect has been used for the insane stunts of late, and that everything was done "old !), and of course full of little quotes for lovers of the master, a small anthology:

Reference to the famous scene from Pulp Fiction in which Uma Thurman , exploded coke and alcohol, is embarking on a completely crazy dance, just before collapsing total:

More difficult (for amateurs only!):

But yes, it was of course the legendary opening scene of same Pulp Fiction (which itself already quoted the most excellent in fourth gear Robert Aldrich)

Not to mention, as already stated, the famous sheriff Earl and his "No. 1 son" ( Kill Bill ):

Or color of the car girls, of course, those of costume Uma in the same film:

This is indeed an opportunity to note that Tarantino hides less and less of his congenital foot fetish female (which of course, as Webmaster of Sneakers & Buffalos , I can not complain to me of course)! Kill Bill was certainly already placed the bar quite high, between the feet rather strange to Uma Thurman and Sponsorship of Asics Onitsuka :

Anyway. .. There, that attack very hard from the opening credits (an allusion, also, at the feet of highly manicured Bridget Fonda in Jackie Brown ):

To continue with the hallucinatory "lapdance" :

And finally conclude with this scene could not be more explicit in the second part (arghh, what will we do Quentin in his next movie there, we even dare not imagine, but it will certainly be even more daring and more cool, lol!):

Anecdote for the road (just to finish in style, but without any interest) : For several weeks now, I had loaded on my laptop's music Bernard Hermann to warn me of an incoming message (for the record, the whistle - Twisted Nerves - the nurse Daryl Hannah in hospital Kill Bill, that all world knows by heart!). And then I watch the movie once, I hear this signal, I look at my phone, and would like: bizarre, no message? " Again, and poof: even gag! Finally noticed that it was quite simply in the film, when one of the protagonists gets just a message, too:

Why would I foolishly conclude by saying that this film is a true antidote to Ocean's Eleven (no relation)? Well, simply because instead of having Julia Roberts surrounded by players who are drooling all girls, we just here Kurt Russell surrounded by eight equally chicks guns at gun what ...

And this ... That's cool, what (lol)!

PS (and small scoop!): In all likelihood, Kill Bill 3 and Kill Bill 4 would already Pre-production for 2009 ... Suffice to say that licks his lips ahead!
